The film begins with Massimo and Laura getting hitched. Laura has lost her child because of the mishap that occurred in the last scenes of the past film. The two of them are content until Laura begins feeling exhausted as she doesn't have anything to do while Massimo is occupied with his work. Everyday contentions drive her brain to get given to Nacho, Massimo's grounds-keeper. One night at a party in Massimo's home, Laura finds Massimo having intercourse with his ex Anna. She is grief stricken and she leaves the party, where she experiences Nacho. The two of them escape to an island. In the mean time, Massimo is befuddled about what occurred and begins looking for Laura. Laura begins partaking in her life on the island and simultaneously she fantasizes about having intercourse with Nacho.
